Passanant-Belltall is a small town in interior Catalonia, located in no man's land between two small cities. Without any main road several kilometers away, it is one of the few places still "virgin" of Catalonia
About 200 people live in there, mostly elderly, separated into two population centers. It is surrounded by fields and small hills standing out, apart from the windmills of a newly opened wind farm. The bell towers of two churches and several crosses adorn their streets. It is a place stopped in time in which it seems that things do not change; a small haven of peace in the midst of an increasingly connected society.
